Shabby Souls

I'm in an online book club with some of my girlfriends and we had our first meeting this past Saturday. Our book club, the Shabby Souls, is on www.Shelfari.com. It's a great web site and resource if you're a reader at any level. We met at Cuppies and Joe in the Paseo district. It's a cute little cupcake and coffee house. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how busy it was. Some of us were meeting for the firt time so we took time to get to know each other. We brought books we were reading or favorite books we had read and shared those. It was a great time and I can't wait for our next meeting. Our members that couldn't make it were missed and I hope they're able to be there next month.
